A law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The successful candidate will work alongside experienced litigators on complex disputes across various litigation practice areas. Duties

• Manage and contribute to all aspects of litigation, including factual investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery.
• Assist senior attorneys in hearings, mediations, and trials; develop strategies and prepare for significant proceedings.
• Communicate directly with clients, advising on case status, strategy, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate across practice groups to address multifaceted issues in complex disputes.
• Grow through hands-on experience, mentorship, and increasing responsibility.

Requirements

• J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; must become licensed in North Carolina within one year.
• 4-6 years of substantive complex litigation experience.
• Superior research, analysis, and writing skills.
• Strong oral advocacy and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and case responsibilities while maintaining high-quality work.
• Preferred: Large law firm experience, judicial clerkship, or previous career.

Education

• J.D. from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed in at least one U.S. jurisdiction; North Carolina license required within one year.
