Duties

• Engage in transactions involving purchase and sale agreements, leases, and loan agreements.
• Collaborate with partners and clients directly.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of real estate law experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Experience in real estate development and joint ventures preferred.

Education

• JD from an ABA-approved law school.

Certifications

• Active member of the Bar in the jurisdiction of practice.
