Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on appellate matters
• Draft appellate briefs, motions, and other legal documents
• Prepare for and participate in oral arguments before appellate courts
• Provide strategic advice and guidance to clients on appellate matters
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on appellate cases
• Manage and prioritize multiple files and deadlines effectively

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas or eligibility for admission via reciprocity
• 5-15 years of experience practicing appellate law
• Strong writing skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Education and Certifications:
