Duties:

  • Maintain and organize legal files and client records

  • Lead bench and jury trials in both state and federal courts

  • Oversee all facets of civil litigation, from inception through trial

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil litigation, particularly commercial and construction matters

  • Proven trial experience beyond small claims proceedings

  • Demonstrated ability to independently manage a robust caseload

  • Strong client relationship skills and business development acumen

  • Existing client base with verifiable portable billings

  • Commitment to in-office work in a collaborative legal environment

  • COVID-19 vaccination required

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in Massachusetts
