Duties
Handle representation of individuals and businesses in trial courts at the county, state, and federal levels
Lead and participate in depositions, mediations, and legal hearings

Maintain internal oversight of files and legal project timelines

Requirements
Active Texas license in good standing

Ability to meet performance metrics related to case progression and outcomes
Education
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications
Admitted to the State Bar of Texas
