A law firm in Oklahoma City, OK, is seeking an Associate Attorney to collaborate with the legal team, providing direction and supervision to non-attorney staff while managing personal injury caseloads and ensuring adherence to legal standards and regulations.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate with the legal team to ensure the highest standard of legal services for each client.
  • Provide direction and supervision to non-attorney staff to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations.
  • Manage personal injury caseloads through the pre-litigation claim process.
  • Interact and negotiate with insurance companies on behalf of clients.
  • Communicate and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Draft various legal documents including correspondence, pleadings, discovery requests and responses, settlement agreements, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all documents prepared.
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Active Bar license in Oklahoma.
  • 1+ years of civil practice experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and tech-savvy.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Active Bar license in Oklahoma.

 

Skills:

  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
