Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its San Diego, CA office. This position offers the opportunity to work with a leading Real Estate Practice Group, providing mentorship and development in a dynamic environment.

Duties

  • Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, commercial leases, and other real estate documents.
  • Conduct and review title due diligence, including negotiation and clearance of title issues.
  • Manage transaction closings, coordinating with colleagues, clients, and outside parties.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing matters.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in real estate transactions.
  • Proficiency in drafting, negotiation, and document review.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent matters.
  • Team-oriented mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Admitted to and a member in good standing of the California bar.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Member in good standing of the California bar.
