Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Transactional Real Estate Associate to join their Raleigh, NC office. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, with additional experience in real estate debt or equity matters preferred. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Duties

  • Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate documents such as purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and provide strategic legal guidance.
  • Conduct due diligence and manage closing processes for real estate transactions.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of real estate transactional experience.
  • Experience with real estate debt or equity matters preferred.
  • Licensed and in good standing in the state of practice.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • State Bar admission.

Skills

  • Ability to work confidently with clients.
