Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Personal Injury Senior Attorney in Atlanta, GA. The successful candidate will lead complex personal injury cases, guide clients through litigation stages, and support junior attorneys and paralegals. This role requires a commitment to client advocacy and professional growth.

Duties

  • Conduct in-depth evaluations of personal injury cases, including reviewing medical records and police reports.
  • Interview clients to assess claim strength and establish trust.
  • Provide legal counsel and educate clients on their rights.
  • Develop and execute case strategies in alignment with Georgia personal injury laws.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and trials.
  • Collaborate with experts to build strong cases.
  • Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff.
  • Participate in case strategy sessions and ensure procedural compliance.
  • Represent the firm at networking events and contribute to business development.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Georgia State Bar and in good standing.
  • 3-6 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience.
  • Trial experience with a proven track record of successful verdicts and settlements (preferred).

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Admission to the Georgia State Bar.
