Duties

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and legal correspondence.
• Prepare formal correspondence to opposing counsel and other parties.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.
