The successful candidate must be licensed to practice law in Indiana. Duties:Represent clients in labor and employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and wrongful termination cases.Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment issues, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and regulations.Conducted legal research and analysis to support case strategy and provided recommendations to clients.Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for filing in state and federal courts.Attend hearings, mediations, and arbitrations, representing clients' interests in labor and employment disputes.Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and implement effective legal strategies. Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state of Indiana.Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in labor and employment litigation.Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations.Proven track record of successfully managing and litigating complex labor and employment cases.
