Job Overview

A distinguished, multi-office law firm is seeking a Senior Immigration Attorney with a minimum of six years of experience in employment-based immigration. This position offers the opportunity to work directly with corporate clients, manage complex immigration matters, and lead internal legal teams. Duties

  • Provide legal counsel on a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including:

    • H-1B, PERM, I-140, Adjustment of Status (AOS), E, O-1, L-1, and TN visas

  • Serve as the primary liaison for corporate clients, offering strategic visa guidance

  • Manage client accounts and ensure timely progress on immigration cases

  • Conduct regular calls and updates with client stakeholders

  • Lead internal legal teams by assigning and tracking case progress

  • Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff

  • Draft and review legal documents with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Collaborate with firm leadership to ensure optimal client outcomes

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience handling employment-based immigration matters

  • Demonstrated experience managing client relationships and legal teams

  • Strong project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

  • Active bar license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

Skills

  • Comprehensive knowledge of business immigration law and policy

  • Advanced legal research and writing proficiency

  • Case management and legal workflow coordination

  • Strong leadership and team supervision abilities

  • Proficiency with immigration software platforms is preferred
