A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Duties

• Handle all phases of intellectual property litigation in federal courts

• Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and legal briefs

• Conduct legal research and factual investigations

• Manage discovery, including depositions and document review

• Support trial preparation and participate in hearings

• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups

• Interpret and communicate complex technical subject matter clearly

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in intellectual property litigation

• Experience with Federal Circuit cases is preferred

• Strong litigation and case management experience

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in team settings

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

• Strong academic performance required

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice
