Job Overview: A law firm is seeking a Cyber, Privacy, And Data Associate Attorney to play a pivotal role in advising and representing clients on cybersecurity and incident response matters. Duties:

  • Advise and represent clients on all aspects of cybersecurity and incident response matters.
  • Assist clients in navigating the complex landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations.
  • Conducted legal research and drafted legal documents related to cybersecurity and data privacy.
  • Guide compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity and incident response.
  • Membership to the CA State Bar.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Excellent legal research and writing skills.
  • Superb oral communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Education:
