A law firm in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a dedicated Associate Attorney to play a vital role in handling complex family law cases. The successful candidate will demonstrate a strong ethical foundation, impeccable organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to drive cases toward resolution. California Bar License is required, and familiarity with family law proceedings and procedural nuances is preferred.

Duties:

• Draft and respond to Requests for Orders (RFOs).
• Appear at law and motion hearings.
• Collaborate on trial preparation.
• Develop discovery plans in collaboration with partners.
• Propound discovery requests.
• Review and evaluate evidence.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Draft discovery motions.
• Identify and analyze legal issues.
• Utilize case management software for efficient workflow.
• Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
• Interface with experts.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of litigation experience.
• California Bar License.
• Familiarity with family law proceedings and procedural nuances.
• Strong ethical foundation and commitment to professionalism.

Education:
