Duties:

  • Appear at law and motion hearings.

  • Propound discovery requests.
  • Review and evaluate evidence.
  • Conduct and defend depositions.
  • Draft discovery motions.
  • Identify and analyze legal issues.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
  • Interface with experts.

 

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of litigation experience.
  • California Bar License.
  • Familiarity with family law proceedings and procedural nuances.
  • Strong ethical foundation and commitment to professionalism.
  • Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in case management software and legal research tools.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
