Job Overview

A law firm seeks a highly qualified Associate with a minimum of five years of privacy experience to join their team in Menlo Park, CA. The successful candidate will work with leading clients across various industries, addressing complex data privacy and security issues in high-profile compliance and transactional matters.

Duties

  • Advise clients on compliance with privacy laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate privacy and security components of commercial services agreements.
  • Handle privacy and security aspects of corporate transactions, including M&A deals and IPOs.

Requirements

  • Aptitude for technology and understanding of online technologies preferred.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
