Duties

• Represent clients in routine court appearances and hearings
• Draft and argue motions
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Engage in settlement negotiations
• Maintain consistent and professional client communication

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the Illinois Bar
• 2-5+ years of experience practicing as a family law attorney
• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
• Strong advocacy skills and professionalism
• Genuine passion for family law

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
