Job Description:


  • Handle all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts, leases, and related documents.
  • Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions, including title searches, surveys, and environmental assessments.
  • Advise clients on real estate investment strategies and property management issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and policies.
  • Represent clients in real estate litigation and dispute resolution proceedings.
  • Provide legal counsel on zoning, land use, and development matters.
  • Assist clients with real estate tax planning and appeals.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on real estate market trends and legal developments.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective client service.


  • A minimum of 10 years and a maximum of 18 years of experience in real estate law.
  • Extensive experience in handling both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Proven track record of managing complex real estate deals and litigations.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in legal research and the use of real estate legal databases.


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in good standing with the Massachusetts State Bar.


  • Real Estate Law Certification (preferred but not required).

  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents related to real estate.
