Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Associate-level Insurance Coverage Attorney with 3+ years of post-qualification experience to join their global insurance practice. This role can be based in New York, or fully/partially remote from any jurisdiction in the Eastern or Central time zones.

Duties

• Manage and assist with contentious and non-contentious insurance coverage matters.
• Focus on complex and third-party liability insurance coverage.
• Handle all phases of litigation.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Opportunities for travel may be available.

Requirements

• 3+ years of post-qualification experience in insurance coverage.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Overall case handling experience.
• Excellent presentation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
