Job Overview

A law firm seeks an IP Litigation Associate to join their patent litigation practice in Washington, DC. Duties

  • Represent clients in federal and state court trials and appeals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Strong academic credentials.
  • Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.

Education
