Job Overview

A law firm seeks an IP Litigation Associate to join their patent litigation practice in Washington, DC. The practice group handles trials and appeals involving patent, trademark, copyright, unfair competition, and complex commercial litigation matters, including proceedings before the International Trade Commission.

Duties

  • Represent clients in federal and state court trials and appeals.
  • Engage in complex commercial litigation matters.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in patent litigation.
