Job Overview

A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Attorney with one year of experience in plaintiff-side litigation and class actions in Tampa, Florida. Duties

  • Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development.

  • Monitor case progress and maintain detailed documentation.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in employment litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side.
  • Familiarity with wage and hour law, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and other relevant employment statutes.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
