A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Attorney with one year of experience in plaintiff-side litigation and class actions in Tampa, Florida. Duties

• Assist in the litigation of employment-related claims on behalf of plaintiffs, including individual and class action lawsuits.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and mediations under supervision.
• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and strategy development.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and client consultations.
• Monitor case progress and maintain detailed documentation.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in employment litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Familiarity with wage and hour law, Title VII, ADA, FMLA, and other relevant employment statutes.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar.
