Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare regulatory and transactional matters.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA and related privacy laws.
• Admission to the North Carolina State Bar in good standing.
• Exceptional written and oral advocacy skills.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• IAPP CIPP/US certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
