Duties:

• Conduct initial consultations and ongoing meetings with clients

• Prepare and respond to discovery requests

• Draft pleadings and legal documents (e.g., answers, subpoenas, motions)

• E-file court documents accurately and timely

• Represent clients in court hearings and status conferences

• Communicate effectively with courts, opposing counsel, and clients

• Maintain detailed and organized case files

Requirements:

• Prior experience in family law (required)

• Ability to manage a full caseload under minimal supervision

• Comfortable attending court hearings and managing courtroom procedures

• Proficient in Texas family law procedures and rules

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
