Job Overview:

The Senior-level Global Franchise And Supply Network Attorney will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, as well as offering counsel on dispute resolution and regulatory matters. The role involves a focus on domestic and international franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements, with an emphasis on achieving optimal legal outcomes.

Duties:

• Structure, draft, and negotiate agreements related to global franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Provide legal counsel on dispute resolution matters, ensuring effective resolution in accordance with applicable laws.
• Offer regulatory advice and guidance on domestic and international legal requirements within franchise and supply network law.
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess and mitigate legal risks associated with global business operations.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements within the legal field.
• Expertise in providing legal counsel and dispute resolution, specifically in franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
• High level of academic achievement and law firm experience.
• Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

• Admission to the Bar in TX.
