A law firm in Maitland, FL is seeking a Foreclosure Associate Attorney to represent Community Association clients in lien and mortgage foreclosure proceedings. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in lien and/or mortgage foreclosure law, familiarity with legal documents, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities.

 

Job Overview:

  • Representing Community Association clients in lien and mortgage foreclosure proceedings
  • Drafting legal documents, advising on legal transactions, and negotiating settlements
  • Working collaboratively in a team environment with paralegals and administrative support staff

 

Duties:

  • Representing clients in lien and mortgage foreclosure proceedings
  • Drafting, reviewing, and preparing legal documents related to foreclosure actions
  • Advising clients on business and legal transactions pertaining to foreclosure matters
  • Negotiating settlements with opposing parties on behalf of clients
  • Representing clients in court hearings and proceedings as necessary
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal standards and regulations
  • Performing administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
  • Admission to the Florida State Bar in good standing
  • Previous experience in lien and/or mortgage foreclosure law preferred
  • Familiarity with various legal documents related to foreclosure actions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
