Job Title: Senior Attorney 

Job Overview:

Duties:

• Represent clients throughout all litigation phases, pleadings, discovery, hearings, trial, and appeal in a diverse civil caseload

• Manage real estate matters, including closings, landlord-tenant issues, and disputes involving title and tax deeds

• Draft and oversee trust and estate planning documents; administer probate and litigate estate disputes

• Advise businesses and individuals on contractual issues, breach claims, and lease negotiations

• Handle foreclosure actions and other property-related claims with a tactical, resolution-oriented approach

• Prepare legal memoranda, research documents, and maintain meticulous client records

• Lead strategic meetings and provide oversight to junior legal staff or support personnel as needed

• Build and sustain strong client relationships through responsive communication and practical legal guidance

• Perform additional legal tasks and case responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of substantive legal experience

• Demonstrated capacity to manage high-stakes and multifaceted legal matters independently

• Proficiency in courtroom litigation and client advocacy

• High attention to detail in documentation, research, and client interactions

• Strong interpersonal skills and professional integrity

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar (or ability to obtain FL licensure promptly)
