Duties

  • Engage in negotiations and settlement discussions when appropriate.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a senior associate or lead attorney.

  • Demonstrated ability to handle a high-volume caseload independently.

  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.

  • Excellent verbal advocacy and negotiation abilities.

  • Strong time management and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications
