The candidate will assist in the preparation of Oil and Gas Title Opinions. Will deliver legal advice in the form of title opinions and legal memoranda on oil and gas title, operational, and regulatory law issues that arise in the course of conducting exploration and production activities. Must be admitted to practice law in at least one of the following states: Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, New Mexico, Wyoming, or Ohio.
