Job Overview:

Duties:

• Manage complex litigation cases
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Collaborate with partners and other team members
• Maintain case files and documentation

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent legal research skills
• Superb writing and oral communication skills
• Membership to CA State Bar

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Membership to CA State Bar
