Duties

• Provide litigation defense for cyber insurers and major corporates.
• Engage in crisis management and regulatory data risk issues.
• Advise clients on incident response and data breach investigations.
• Draft reports, pleadings, and motions; participate in mediations and trials.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of federal litigation experience or 2-6 years in cyber incident response.
• Experience in proposing litigation strategies and communicating with clients.
• Ability to manage regulatory investigations and data privacy issues.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Illinois.
