Job Overview

A law firm seeks a Remote Litigation Associate to join their team, available nationwide in any state where the firm maintains an office. This role focuses on employment-related litigation and requires a commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Duties

  • Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.
  • Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
  • Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience handling California employment litigation.
  • Must be admitted to the CA state bar and comply with all ethical requirements.
  • Understanding of current agency (state and federal) procedures.

Education

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

  • Admission to the California state bar.
