A law firm in St. Paul is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of legal duties and should meet the following qualifications:

 

Job Overview:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored legal solutions that align with their objectives and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Manage a range of courtroom appearances, attending meetings and conferences representing the interests of the firm’s clients and providing general corporate advice and counsel.
  • Preparation of pleadings and other legal documentation in a fast-paced legal environment.
  • Apply legal analysis and industry principles to requests for information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Demonstrate extensive experience in Minnesota Foreclosure Law and the ability to lead and manage projects and processes.

 

Duties:

  • Collaborate with colleagues and clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.
  • Manage courtroom appearances, attend meetings, and conferences representing client interests.
  • Prepare pleadings and other legal documentation efficiently.
  • Apply legal analysis and industry principles to information requests.
  • Lead and manage projects and processes related to Minnesota Foreclosure Law.

 

Requirements:

  • State Bar of Minnesota license to practice law.
  • 3-8 years of experience as a licensed attorney.
  • Extensive experience in Minnesota Foreclosure Law.
  • Strong legal skills, analytical mindset, and capacity to build relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for court appearances, meetings, and conferences.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

State Bar of Minnesota license to practice law.
