A law firm seeks a midlevel Corporate Associate to join its Real Estate group in Columbia, US. Duties

  • Serve as counsel to national financial institutions.
  • Engage in warehouse financing and loan securitization.

Requirements

  • Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Admission to the state Bar in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, New York, or Texas.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
