This role requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple cases efficiently while adapting to new technologies and software used in modern legal practices.Duties:Proactively manage a caseload of family law matters from beginning to end.Provide superior customer service, including delivering monthly status reports and conducting weekly reviews of cases to clients.Work closely with practice managers to recommend improvements in case handling and management.Utilize practice quality software to manage performance metrics and track accomplishments and client satisfaction.Engage in all aspects of litigation, including preparation, trials, mediations, and other necessary legal proceedings.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations about family law in Indiana.Handle case tasks, including drafting pleadings, motions, agreements, and orders and conducting discovery and legal research.Requirements:Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited university.Must have passed the Bar Exam on the first attempt.Licensed to practice law in the state of Indiana.2-5 years of litigation experience, with specific 1st chair family law experience.Demonstrated ability to learn new technical programs and software pertinent to legal practice.Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high caseload efficiently.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client relationships.Education:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Active bar license in the state of Indiana.Skills:Proficient in using legal practice software and technology.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.A high degree of professionalism and dedication to client service.This position is ideal for a dynamic and experienced attorney who seeks a challenging and rewarding career in family law litigation.
