This position is primarily centered on handling Workers’ Compensation cases in Illinois, although broader legal support across the firm’s personal injury and social security disability practice areas may be expected. Location:

  • Fairview Heights, Illinois

Duties:

  • Manage Workers’ Compensation cases under the supervision of senior attorneys

  • Participate in case preparation including legal research, drafting pleadings, and client communications

  • Represent clients at hearings and in negotiations

  • Maintain organized case files and documentation

  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular case updates

  • Assist with other personal injury and disability cases as needed

Requirements:

  • 0 to 5 years of legal experience

  • Licensed to practice law in Illinois

  • Missouri Bar admission is a plus, but not required

  • Strong client service orientation and attention to detail

  • Willingness to learn Workers’ Compensation law if not already experienced

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law in the State of Illinois

  • Missouri Bar admission preferred

Skills:
