Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney

Jacksonville office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a mid-level corporate associate attorney with 3-6 years of experience in corporate transactions. The candidate will join dynamic Mergers and Acquisitions and private equity practice. Should preferably have 3-6/4-6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis on public or private company Mergers and Acquisitions and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance, and related business matters. Must have a strong working knowledge of acquisition agreements and the other documentation used in Mergers and Acquisitions and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same. Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.

The candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Excellent academic credentials are required.
