Duties

Requirements

• Experience in general corporate work, including M&A and SEC reporting.
• Strong academic record and exceptional work ethic.
• Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
