Duties:

• Represent tribes, tribal entities, and tribal members in litigation matters

• Handle legal issues involving tribal sovereignty, gaming, and self-determination

• Litigate complex commercial and construction disputes

• Participate in trials, depositions, hearings, and oral arguments

• Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams to develop litigation strategies

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of experience or significant interest in Federal Indian Law

• Experience in litigation and administrative law

• Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience preferred

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdiction(s)

Certifications:

• Active bar membership in good standing
