A law firm is currently seeking a Healthcare Attorney to join their team in Bakersfield, CA.

Job Overview:

The Healthcare Attorney will be responsible for providing legal counsel and support to the law firm's clients in the healthcare sector. The successful candidate will have a strong background in healthcare law and compliance, ensuring that all legal aspects are addressed to safeguard the interests of the firm and its clients.

Duties:

  • Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance issues.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on healthcare-related matters.
  • Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents pertaining to healthcare transactions.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in healthcare compliance is preferred.
  • Admission to practice law in California and/or Arizona is ideal, but admission in other states may be considered.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Certification in Healthcare Law or related field is a plus.
