Duties

  • Handle personal injury cases from intake through to verdict.
  • Draft and respond to motions, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal principles and procedures.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional client service throughout the legal process.
  • Utilize knowledge of Texas Rules of Civil Procedure (TRCP) and Rules of Evidence to develop persuasive legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to provide comprehensive case management.

Requirements

  • JD from a fully accredited law school.
  • Licensed and in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar.
  • Strong experience in drafting and responding to motions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work closely with clients and provide excellent client service.
  • Adept knowledge of TRCP and Rules of Evidence.
  • Strong ambition and passion for becoming an elite trial attorney.
  • Excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with support staff.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Active membership in good standing with the Texas, Arizona, Colorado, or New Mexico State Bar.

Skills

  • Expertise in personal injury law.
  • Knowledge of legal research, writing, and case management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with TRCP and Rules of Evidence.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
