Job Overview

Duties

• Manage litigation and perform legal research and drafting.

• Conduct due diligence for corporate transactions.
• Advise on restrictive covenants and employee mobility.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
• Experience in complex employment litigation defense.
• Ability to provide day-to-day employment advice.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD)

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or New York
