  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, contracts, and agreements related to healthcare transactions.
  • Offer legal advice on a wide range of healthcare-related issues, including regulatory compliance, reimbursement, and corporate governance.


  • Minimum of 7 years of transactional experience, preferably in healthcare, with a strong focus on private equity transactions.
  • Previous experience in a sophisticated law firm environment is highly desired.
  • Healthcare-specific experience and knowledge of industry regulations are essential.
  • Excellent academic credentials and strong legal writing skills.
  • Admission to practice law in California (CA).


  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Bar admission in California (CA).


  • Bar admission to the State Bar of California.


  • Strong negotiation and contract drafting skills.
  • In-depth understanding of healthcare laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and cross-functional teams.
