The position combines remote flexibility with opportunities to engage with firm colleagues and clients in person, supporting the firm’s mission to deliver outstanding legal advocacy for individuals harmed by negligence or wrongdoing.

Duties:

  • Serve as the primary legal point of contact for prospective clients seeking representation in injury-related matters

  • Conduct thorough initial consultations to assess legal merit and gather essential case facts

  • Communicate legal rights, case processes, contingency fee structures, and potential outcomes

  • Evaluate the potential value and strength of cases involving significant injuries or financial losses

  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate records within the client case management system

  • Contribute to client satisfaction and firm growth by managing intake-related tasks and operational enhancements

  • Guide with professionalism, compassion, and clarity during emotionally sensitive discussions

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 20 years of active legal practice, including litigation and trial exposure

  • Currently, active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction

  • Demonstrated experience working directly with injury victims or within plaintiff-side civil litigation

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active Bar membership (good standing)

Skills:
