Duties:

Requirements:

  • Admission to practice law in Florida.

  • Strong experience in all aspects of corporate and business transactions.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Transactional experience with strong drafting and negotiating skills involving various documents.

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
