A reputable law firm in Red Bank, NJ, is seeking a dedicated Family Law Associate Attorney with 2-5 years of focused experience in matrimonial and domestic relations matters. The role involves handling a wide range of family law cases from inception through resolution, including court appearances and motion practice. Duties:

• Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, child support, and domestic violence cases

• Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, mediation statements, certifications, and legal briefs

• Prepare Marital Settlement Agreements and other case resolution documents

• Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive case analyses

• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, and oral arguments

• Manage case files from intake through disposition

• Collaborate with partners and support staff to develop a litigation strategy

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in New Jersey

• 2-5 years of substantive experience in family law litigation

• Proven ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Proficiency in courtroom advocacy and oral argument

• Strong legal writing and analytical reasoning skills

• Comfortable working independently and within a team setting

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is required

• Admission in one or more of the following jurisdictions is a plus: New York, Florida, Pennsylvania, or Connecticut
