This opportunity is ideal for a litigation attorney with 3-5 years of relevant experience who is looking to grow their practice within a firm known for its collaborative environment and complex casework. Duties:

  • Represent clients in family law matters, including custody, divorce, alimony, and support proceedings

  • Draft legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and discovery responses

  • Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies

  • Appear in court for hearings, arguments, and conferences

Requirements:

  • Active license to practice in New Jersey
