Associate Attorney needed for Durham office

Durham office of our client seeks an associate attorney with experience. The candidate will litigate cases in court on behalf of clients. Will negotiate settlements and agreements with opposing parties. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts. Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the case. Attend court hearings, depositions, and other legal proceedings. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients. Admission to the State Bar Association is needed. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations is essential.

The candidate should have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities needed. Should have ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are needed.
