Job Overview

A law firm seeks a motivated Associate Attorney in Saint Petersburg, FL, with a strong foundation in Nursing Home and/or Medical Malpractice litigation. The firm provides legal representation in civil defense, insurance defense, and administrative law, focusing on healthcare providers. Duties

Requirements

  • Licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Nursing Home defense and/or Medical Malpractice defense experience preferred.

  • Effective communicator with team members, clients, and the judiciary.

Education

  • Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed member of the Florida Bar.
