Insurance Defense Associate Attorney

Saint Petersburg office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insurance defense associate attorney with experience. The candidate will litigate first and third-party insurance claims. Experience drafting pleadings, motions, memorandum of law, and appellate briefs in civil litigation is preferred. Experience taking and defending depositions is a plus. Should preferably have experience arguing discovery and pretrial motions. Proficient in Westlaw, Microsoft Office & Adobe is desired. Strong academic achievement or prior state attorney experience are encouraged to apply. Prior insurance defense experience is a plus. Excellent research and writing skills plus.
