Workers Compensation Attorney

Redding office of our client seeks a workers' compensation attorney with experience. The candidate will manage the legal defense of workers' compensation cases from inception to final resolution, including all aspects of discovery and litigation. Will work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators. Must be a Member of the State Bar of California.

The candidate should have Bachelor's and a Juris Doctor degree. Must have superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability; Excellent written and oral communication. Commitment to proactive case management is required.
